Adaptive mindful awareness allows us to understand ourselves through different stages of life and across personal and environmental changes. In this course you will learn the fundamental principles of Ayurvedic nutrition in relationship to your unique constitution, the season, your innate digestive capacity, and lifestyle practices. Food is a way to harness the power of self-love and self-connection. As we cultivate presence, practice deep listening, nurture our intuition, and eat with intention, we welcome living in vitality and in harmony.

Janeen Yusuf

Janeen is a Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner of Ayurveda and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She supports individuals through the process of discovering their innate self-healing potential. Life-enhancing transformations on the level of mind, body, spirit and senses are the fruits of this path.

 

Janeen offers integrative, individualized counseling rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, specializing in nutrition, self care, lifestyle, and yoga. Her teaching in the area of nutrition is focused on how diet can support us through change, and how an intuitive approach to food nurtures vitality. She encourages individuals to connect with joy in nourishing the self through food, while living in harmony in their relationship to it.
