This 300Hr Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training, offers an authentic, integrative and comprehensive way for you to study and teach the advanced practicesof health, longevity, individualized and holistic approaches to yoga and individualized in-depth and personalized yoga classes and private sessions.

As a Certified Yoga and Ayurveda Instructor you will be able to:

  • Discover how to apply the principles of Ayurveda to the ancient eight-limbed science of Yoga.

  • Study the precepts of Ayurveda and learn how dosha specific asana, pranayama, concentration, meditation, mudra, kriyas, and mantra, can bring deep healing to the mind, emotions and body.

  • Lead Yoga group classes based on the season, the person's Ayurvedic constitution, the elements and the stages of  life

  • Create individualized and general Yoga classes, one-on-one sessions and group workshops

THE HOLISTIC APPROACH

  • Learn to identify the Dosha Prakruti or the Bio Energetic constitution, along with specific care, lifestyle and appropriate practices that will support the mind-body-spirit balance.

  • Learn how to teach and create yoga classes for groups and individuals, based on their Ayurvedic constitution, age, the seasons, and state of metabolism or agni. 

  • Study how food affects consciousness and how to prepare simple recipes for digestion and cleansing
