Mental & Emotional Health
Discover how to balance the mind, emotions and senses for quality health and a balanced life.
The Yoga of Emotional & Mental Health (Manas Yoga)
Emotional and mental health are inseparable from each other and are much more common than we think. To escape, we bury them in our subconscious and become overactive in our daily lives. But despite of our best efforts, the problems express themselves as mental illness, addictions, emotional stress and unfulfilled life.
Complete emotional and mental health is the experience of love, well-being, creativity, and freedom from fear, guilt, and trauma.
In these eight sessions of Yoga of Emotional and Mental Health, we will explore the reasons behind anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, addictions and eating disorders and how we can prevent and manage them. Eventually, we aim to arrive at complete emotional and mental health to live a full and creative life.
