The Science Of Yoga Nidra

STUDY THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DEEP RELAXATION & WAKING REALIZATION

Yoga Nidra is an ancient powerful practice that equips us with tools of breath, relaxation, body awareness and deep internalization to create calm, rest and repose. This enables us to enter into  deeper states of consciousness.  When the body is relaxed it is able to heal, to rest and digest, to resolve and repair and to help us gain clarity and deeper awareness of who we are. In this state of clarity and stillness, we can remember ourselves as a whole, integrated human being and we can understand the root of any disharmony that resides within us. We invite you to practice with us and to learn how to guide Yoga Nidra through your own innate wisdom.

This course is unlike any other:  investigating The Yoga Sutras and the mind,  Neuroscience and Sleep, Yoga Psychology,  and understanding Yoga Nidra through the  lens of Ayurveda and the mind. This will help you to custom craft scripts for the person's Dosha, cue according to the needs of the  person, their mental tendencies, age group, and the season. Plus you will be able to offer your clients and students supportive lifestyle practices that aid in the practice of Yoga Nidra. Cleansing practices and preparation practices will equip you and your clients to move into the practice of Yoga Nidra with ease. It will also create a seamless relationship between your practice  on the mat and off the mat.  Take your practice into life with clarity and deep understanding and help your clients use accessible practices anywhere at any time to reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, fear, phobias, indigestion, pain, emotional difficulty and unresolved conflict. Teach private clients or groups or practice for your own well-being.

Return to your nature.  We invite you to join us for a life changing, transformative experience.
