Nicole Mahavir is the founder and director of JAI Wellness. She is a certified International Yoga Therapist, certified Meditation Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, Ayu-Yoga Therapist and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Nicole’s passion is the mind, transforming beliefs and working deeply with yoga psychology, psycho-neuro-immunology, cognitive behaviour therapy and hypnosis to help others overcome challenges and change.

Her original meditations have been featured on CBC, The Huffington Post and Insight Timer. Inspiring others is her passion and for the past 20 years, Nicole has led professional IAYT, YA certified programs, teaching meditation, mindfulness, daily health nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga therapy and natural spa therapies. Nicole has taught at some of the most renowned Ayurveda & Yoga centers around the world including, Bali, Costa Rica, Mexico and India.
