21-DAYS OF MEDITATION
Practices for transforming through transition of the five elements
Meditation is about being present to who you are in this moment. It is our nature. When the mind is still and quiet we are entering into the existence of meditation. Join us for 21-DAYS of meditation. This course is open to all. Each day you will receive a new meditation to practice during your own time at your own leisure. Please set aside 30 minutes each day for your practice. We suggest that for best benefits, you mediate in the morning or the evening.
What you will need:
A comfortable and quiet place to sit. You may sit in a chair or on a meditation cushion on the ground. If you need support for your back, you can sit with your back against a wall. If you become cold, you may want to have a shawl or sweater close by. All devices should be off other than the device that you are using for the meditation.

PREREQUISITES: This course is open to anyone who wants to experience the practice of guided meditation. All are welcome. Meditation sessions are pre-recorded and will be accessible each day to be played at your own leisure for one month.
Nicole Mahabir is the founder and director of JAI Wellness, a platform for health education, mindful living and well-being. .
Her practice in meditation began at a young age when she was introduced to meditation as a child.
For the past 15 years, Nicole has developed and led several professional programs, teaching nutrition, meditation, Ayurveda and yoga therapy.
When she isn't teaching, Nicole creates integrated, sustainable health protocols for her busy clients, and leads corporate and wellness retreats.
