Meditation is our natural state of being it is not something that we do. The practices of concentration, attention, mindfulness and inner listening are tools that help us to experience the natural state of meditation which is silence, peace, emptiness and resilience.

Meditation is an ancient knowledge that creates inner wisdom, intuition and connection to return to our Prakruti  or nature. This allows to live in alignment with who we are, it helps us to make decisions with clarity and intention, to connect with our emotional intelligence, empathy, compassion and sensory awareness. It helps us to find and maintain connection and relationship with nature in turn cultivating peace, comfort. belonging and being with solitude. 



Whether you are seeking a personal practice, or are interested in teaching meditation, we offer both options to support your personal growth, inner wisdom and leadership development. The is an experiential training process that engages a trainee in a variety of areas, including:

  • Developing competencies to lead meditation

  • Cultivating skills for a group classes or a private practice

  • Deepening knowledge in the

  • Strengthening your personal practice
